All week I’ve been looking forward to sitting down and putting something together for you all.

So to quote Louis Gossett Jr. as the Drill Sergent in “An Officer and a Gentleman,” my brain is “writing a check my body can’t cash.”  I mean, I’ve got plenty of ideas, I think, but to have the energy to put them down here is really beyond me today.

That being the case, I will give myself a little break, light a fire, outside in my firepit, grab a good book on my tablet and relax. After all, we are on a 3 day weekend, and we all deserve a break
